2. Client Information & Responsibilities

We provide HVAC and residential construction services based on agreed scopes of work. Final pricing, timelines, materials, and project execution depend on site conditions, permitting, inspections, and client approvals.

Reel Cool Services LLC does not manufacture equipment or materials and is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond applicable warranties.

(c) Appointments, Reviews & Consultations

Appointments may be conducted in person, by phone, or electronically. Missed appointments may require rescheduling.

Estimates and consultations are provided at no cost unless otherwise stated.
